Usually all material in stock is usually sent on the first business day after payment confirmation, which is usually delivered on the next day, totaling 48 hours after payment.
Out of stock at the Distribution Center:
The shipping time for the purchased material may take between 1 and 6 weeks depending on the stock at the Distribution Center and the need and size of the material order from the factory.
Because the environment is a concern, paper invoices are not sent; invoices are available through the payment provider or in the personal area in digital format and available for download.
All data must be filled in at the time of purchase, as they cannot be changed later.
Items with an approximate delivery time or hand-embroidered or personalized orders, that is, all items that are not in stock and need to be produced, cannot be cancelled or returned, except for manufacturing defects.
